Whether you are clearing out a single appliance from your garage or managing a complete estate cleanout, our straightforward pricing model ensures you receive maximum value, professional labor, and total transparency from the moment our truck arrives on site.

Whats Included?

First Hour of Labor Included: Every trailer load pickup includes a full hour of loading labor at no extra charge. Jobs requiring more time are quoted upfront, with additional labor billed at $150/hr after that first hour. Some circumstances may require extra time added ( Stairs, Elevators, Long hallways or alleys to get to the trailer). In these instances, we will provide all the labor required up front so no surprise charges once we are on site.

Transparent, Volume-Based Pricing: Your rate is based strictly on how much space your items take up in our trailer, not guesswork, not a vague estimate. From quarter load to a full trailer, you'll know your price before we start.

Multi-Load Job Pricing: Larger residential cleanouts and commercial properties sometimes fill more than one trailer load. When that happens, pricing simply stacks by load size so a two-trailer job is priced as two full loads, plus any additional time needed to complete the job.

Heavy Material & Debris Removal: Concrete, dirt, roofing, tile, and other heavy material is priced by weight, not volume.

Priority Scheduling: Repeat residential and Commercial customers receive priority scheduling, no waiting behind one-time jobs.

Our trailer dimensions are 7x14x4, which holds 14.5 cubic yards (392 cubic feet ) of "stuff." To put that into perspective, a full trailer is roughly the equivalent of 6 full pickup truck loads or 30 standard 96-gallon trash bins completely full.
